Try a 75 minute Shiatsu session. This is not a light and fluffy treatment - this is deep pressure all over the body plus stretches to restore and stimulate tired and tight muscles. Shiatsu is a highly effective traditional Japanese treatment revitalizing you by stimulating energy points; using a combination of pressure points and stretches to leave you feeling completely invigorated! Many people find the deep pressure relaxing. Find out for yourself how you will feel! Shiatsu means "finger pressure" in Japanese. It is an ancient Japanese technique using deep pressure on the body along with stretches to improve the flow of "qi" energy and rid the body of negative energy. It also improves mobility and function of the muscles and joints. The client remains fully clothed.
